RETAIL CONSULTANCY
Our retail consultancy team provides developers with advice and detailed research data, working alongside architects and developers on design and concept ideas to ensure that the final product is a success.

Design Consultancy:

  • Number and location of vertical transportation including external elevators, sighting-lifts and corridors
  • Shop layout including size, depth and configuration
  • Shop visibility and exposure

Marketing Consultancy:

  • Finalise theme for the development and its positioning
  • Finalising the merchandise mix by level, section and shop unit and also the target brands for each unit
