Hopson International Tower
Savills acted as Buyer's representative in the procurement, introduction, due diligence and final negotiations to conclude the largest single transaction in the Shanghai real estate investment market. Hopson International Tower is an international "Grade A" office tower with a retail podium that will become a landmark in the Pudong skyline when it is completed in 2008.
